A Little about the Bride and Groom

Jon and Jennie come from a long line of great loves, and we are blessed to have such role models in our lives…. Both of Jon's grandparents (Jack and Betty and Dorothy and Harry) had passionate, deep commitments to each other, and we are especially lucky in seeing the very strong bond between Carol and Gene. They have been together since they were teenagers and have weathered tragedy, great fortune and world disasters all the while remaining a mutually respectful, lively and loving couple.

Jennie's grandparents, (Donald SR, and Jane, Leah and Jerome) came from very different backgrounds and especially enjoyed their differences as they made their life together. Jennie's parents also have maintained their strong bond, and in their retired years have literally cultivated their garden.

We are very fortunate to share this event with our families and friends, who will be able to continue to inspire us and make us laugh.
